Holistic Massage
This form of massage can vary between energetic, deep tissue, fascia release, fluid touch, trigger point release, swedish, etc... It's purely based on your needs and requests and will be given on the table or the mat. We'll take our time to discuss in the moment and in detail what direction the sessions takes.
It's based on the strong fundament of Alchemy of Touch teachings and many other forms of energetic bodywork.

Body De-Armouring
This form of therapeutic bodywork on the table is a way to release deeply rooted trauma from the body. Unresolved emotions naturally form dense fascia, physical blockages, energy (center) restrictions, pain, etc... This form of bodywork works on many specific zones in the body to release and transfrom this energy.

All my sessions include the use of coconut oil, a wide range of essential oils for skin, muscle and aroma theraphy. Resins such as copal, ceder, frankinsense and sound healing / Tachyon energy tools, etc...
Optional use of Sacred Tobacco Rapeh or Ceremonial INKAO cacao medicine from Peru before the session is possible for 10€.
Holotropic Breathwork
This unique form of Holotropic breathwork is a form created out of Tantric traditions and practise. We follow a structure that connects with different forms of Cosmic energy and works on many fundamendal levels to open up the body, voice, energy and contains additional elements to release intense blocked energy such as anger.
