MYTH Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please take this practical information into account, so there are no misunderstandings.
This policy only applies to sessions with Danie.
For new customers, an advance of €100 is requested for the telephone intake interview and the administrative handling, this advance is valid for the first session. If you cancel the session at a later time, this deposit is due in full. Cancellations can be made free of charge no later than 36 hours before the appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of €150 will be charged for any form of session except 4 hands, the amount being €120 per therapist. Please report any form of cancellation by telephone. I give my full 200% in energetic, physical and material preparation on the day itself and before, so I choose to implement this policy regarding timely cancellation.
