This form of massage can vary between energetic, deep tissue, fascia release, fluid touch, trigger point release, swedish, etc... It's purely based on your needs and requests and will be given on the table or the mat. We'll take our time to discuss in the moment and in detail what direction the sessions takes.

Body De-Armouring
This form of therapeutic bodywork on the table is a way to release deeply rooted trauma from the body. Unresolved emotions naturally form dense fascia, physical blockages, energy (center) restrictions, pain, etc...
